Jen Robinson
Jen is an expert in employee engagement and experience and loves collaborating with employers to help them reach
their full potential via their most important asset – their people. She does this by helping them to embed employee
engagement strategy and activations for both one-off campaigns and more expansive solutions that go deep into the
culture of a workplace.
She has over 15 years' in-house experience in internal communications and HR, in particular leadership development
,which various clients have benefited from including bp, NatWest, SBM Offshore, Colt, Southeastern Trains and
Citizen’s Advice.
Jen is passionate about the power of neuroinclusive workplaces as well as the use of coaching tools both with clients
and for their employees.
