Kasia Kehoe, former global communications director, content and owned corporate channels at Unilever, is set to join pharma firm Reckitt as head of digital channels on 29 September.
She will be responsible for Reckitt’s external corporate digital strategy and channels and will report to the company’s vice president, corporate communications, according to an internal Reckitt memo seen by In.Comms.
“Kasia has over 15 years of experience in digital communications, content and channel management and a track record in leveraging digital to drive reputation,” the memo states.
Kehoe describes herself as “motivated and results-focused with a proven track record of leading teams, developing and delivering communications strategy, advising senior stakeholders on impactful digital communication and leading and delivering transformation projects”, on her LinkedIn profile.
She started out as a PR and marketing specialist at Forbes Business Magazine in 2006 and went on to join British American Tobacco in 2007, as a communications and regulatory affairs management trainee.
Kehoe worked at the tobacco giant for four years and rose to the position of communications manager before joining Unilever in 2012 as communications business partner for finance, legal and business integrity.
She went on to hold a series of senior comms roles at Unilever, including comms manager, finance and legal; senior communications manager, digital employee engagement; and head of corporate owned channels. And in 2023 she was appointed global communications director, content and owned corporate channels, and became responsible for Unilever’s corporate website and social channels across 75 markets.
Reckitt declined to comment on Kehoe’s appointment.
