know your guests' names to speaking to your guests in

fast, direct and easy access to the services they require,
from requesting room service, to booking wake-up calls,

you operate more efficiently, through facilities for
check-in and check-out, room status monitoring and accurate
charging.

Phones adapted for service
With some hotel phones, you're expected to have computer
programming skills to get the service you want; that's
if you can understand the instruction manual. With the
BusinessPhone Hospitality solution, it's different:
commonly-used services and functions on the Guest Room
Phone, such as wake-up, do-not-disturb and access to
the public telephone network, are accessed using a single
key, each with an easy-to-understand symbol. The same
philosophy is carried through to the staff phones in
the BusinessPhone Hospitality range, which offer all
the business communications functionality provided by
the whole BusinessPhone family, as well as specially
tailored facilities.
The Front Desk and Operator Phones allow reception
staff to access functions such as check-in and check-out,
and information such as room status or billing information,
using just a few predefined keys. Information is displayed
on built-in, multi-line LCD screens. For more demanding
applications, front desk computer packages - including
a variety of property management systems (PMS) - can
be added to turn the reception desk into a highly effective
administration centre.
Integrated voice messaging also enhances the service
you provide through, for example, recorded information
about the facilities you offer and providing an "answer-phone"
service for those who call your guests when they are
unavailable. The ISDN to the desktops capability of
BusinessPhone Hospitality means it can be used for videoconferencing,
high-speed data transfer and database applications.
